For the last few days,I was busy wid my projects and had a trip to Bengaluru wid my frndz.... so tat i cudnt blog.
n today we have completed 60 successful years of republic...... tribute to our great leaders wid great foresight without whch we cudnt have achieved such a growth both socially and economically.
From the status of an underdeveloped country, a couple of decades ago to the enchanting position of a country with a second largest growth rate. A nation who contributed a bunch of talented scientists, researchers, doctors and enginners to the world... a nation which became the financial advisor to the G8 nations.... a nation wch won the battle against the massive financial recession..
What else is required for a citizen to be proud of.
Despite the positive graphs in the various sectors, we ll have to face so many challenges like terrorism, poverty, protection of secularism, unemployment, inflation, decline in agricultural productivity etc. what shud be done to meet these challenges is to strengthen and diversify our education system and active participation in the nation building process.First of all, we shud have a belief tat, a single individual can impact the gdp of the nation or can help facing the challenges.
Then, to work hard to make the change. So we shall take a pledge on this republic day,to do our best contribution to the nation building process,so tat we may expect a better future.

media; a common man's worry

The word 'quality' has been replaced by a now common word marketable.... whether it be inpolitics, social service, media, business or be it anything under d sun, profit is the main motive and d market value will control the show.. what is the role of media in shaping social awareness and culture of a society? What is meant by morality? how many of us are aware of such issues?
The gone century had witnessed the powerful hands of media giants, who declared war against hypocrites, and those who stood for values. But now the scene has changed. Vested interests of the media corporates ruined it. The articles or news to be publicized can be decided by those who owns it. But earlier, all the media giants were from a value driven society. But now those who are running the show are the colonials or the corporate kings whose interests are only to protect the imperialist interests or to fortify the circulation. whatever we see and hear through media has a melodramatic flavour, whether it be television, newspaper, internet or whatever. The most important news nowadays are about the political abusive dialogues, seduction, film gossips etc. These all have been referred as the 'hot stuff news' nowadays
But how it has influenzed our lives... just think what we don't have that our forefathers had. We are not aware that the media has created a negative attitude among the young generation. An addiction towards such news and happenings has been created. they are not aware that they are being mislead by the media.... As the things are goin like this, the need of the hour is to respond to the media bias through the media itself. Moreover we should be aware of the scene and make a better judgement about the news
